Back & Forth Knitting

In Miscellaneous on December 7, 2004 at 10:33 pm

An interesting topic was raised on Knitter’s Review today about back and forth knitting which has really quite intrigued me! While straight knitting, instead of turning your project around to work on the backside or WS as it’s commonly referred to, this technique allows you to just reverse your work on the RS or front of your project and there’s no need to turn your work around! How cool is that? Here’s a few links provided on the forum that show the technique: Video #1 & Video #2. Check it out if you haven’t already seen it…I may just give this a try when I have to do straight knitting! There’s always more to know about knitting and is one of the real reasons why I like it so much…you never stop learning! Knit on!
